As Kartalay Aerial Technologies Inc. (the “Company”), acting as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we process your personal data for the purposes described below.
Data processed and purposes
- Identity and contact details (name, e-mail, phone): running quotation, appointment and contract processes
- Project information (location, area, objective): flight planning and pricing
- Aerial imagery: performing the contracted service; blurring is applied where individuals become identifiable
- Transaction security data (IP, cookies): securing and improving the website
Legal bases and transfers
Your data is processed on the grounds of establishing and performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and legitimate interests. It may be shared to the necessary extent with competent public authorities (SHGM, tax authorities), insurers and the cloud infrastructure providers we use.
Your rights
